About Grace, LCPC

Grace Varghese, LCPC, has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Grace obtained her B.S. in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her M.S. in Clinical Counseling from Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve improved sleep.
